Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 7 years of experience in technical program management within a manufacturing supply chain environment.

• Experience in manufacturing systems (e.g., ERP, MES, PLM, etc.), supply chain planning tools, and data analytics platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing project delivery.

• Ability to motivate and lead multi-disciplinary teams, build consensus, and drive accountability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The Data Center Manufacturing Systems Technical Program Manager drives the design, implementation, and improvement of innovative technology solutions that optimize the data center manufacturing supply chain processes. The team supports systems architecture, interactions, and debugging that helps innovation and automation for Cloud Supply Chain and Server Operations (CSCO) teams.

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver results that elevate efficiency and cost-effectiveness for manufacturing systems.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for manufacturing systems, and align with broader supply chain and data center technology strategies.

• Lead technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support, and manage scope, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Identify and implement technology-driven solutions to streamline manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and minimize risk.

• Mentor and coach technical staff, and build a culture of innovation and performance within the team.
