Responsible for operating in lock-step with product management to create a clear strategic direction for build needs for a products in your teams portfolio. You will work with the team and deliver a clear and descriptive set of requirements to enable the delivery of a products features and functionality. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Service Owners and Developers.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with product team(s) and other internal/external customers to understand business requirements for existing and/or new products/solutions.

  • Lead discovery and conceptual design work required to translate business needs into solutions and features,

  • Understand overall solution and translate into functional and non-functional requirements. Includes specifications, graphical representations, and presentations that describe the desired solution or product feature. Documentation includes volume and usage predictions, user interface design concepts, error prevention and detection strategies, and flow design.

  • Translates unstructured or ambiguous scope requests into actionable user stories and work unit.

  • Balance business requirements with technical feasibility,

  • Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product,

  • Research and evaluate solution alternatives and deliver proposals that meet competitive needs.

  • Identify constraints and assumptions that shape the scope, cost and timing of the solution.

  • Oversee the integration of existing GE technologies to proposed solution(s)

  • Owns the releases and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.

  • Owns and manages the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.

  • Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.

  • Demonstrates strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.

  • Engages frequently with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.

  • 1-Mannaging Backlog items includes overall vision of products & Deciding which features/applications creates more Business value according to customer's/ client preferences.

  • 2-Manage VOC(voice of customer) process by meeting Radiologits/ customers/KOL's to identify unmet needs and convert into product requirements

  • 3-Strong product development experience with emphasis on products in medical/radiology field

  • 4-Good experience in a clinical trial field with expertise in clinical research associate.

  • 5-Serve as the Voice of customer in the development process and perform feature acceptance on their behalf .

  • 6-Work with Engineering and UX team to make strategic design decisions and ensure that overall functionality of the finished feature delivers value and exceptional user experience.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 10 years of software design & development experience working with cross-functional teams in an industry environment.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of software design and coding principles.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment & methodoligies.

  • Experince in product management.

  • Strong product development experience with emphasis on products in medical/radiology field.

  • Good experience in a clinical trial field with expertise in clinical research associate.

  • Familiarity with versatile implementation options.
