Amazon Sr. Production & Campaign Manager in Bengaluru, India

Description

We are looking for a Production & Campaign Manager with both strategic and executional capabilities who will be responsible for leading the day-to-day production of campaign (TV, Digital etc.) assets while collaborating with internal/global stakeholders and external agents to ensure a timely delivery of all campaign deliverables. The Production & Campaign Manager should excel in creative problem solving, be able to establish scalable processes, have strong communication skills, and enjoy fostering mutually beneficial relationships across the organization. This role will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, able to assess and manage risks. They will be an organized self-starter with the ability to develop and implement processes and able to work alongside cross-functional teams to provide guidance for projects. Most importantly they will grow and develop new capabilities and innovations

with a business and planning vision.

Key job responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end process of creative design production deliverables from inception

• Act as the operational lead to remove obstacles and avoid campaign production roadblocks

• Support the management of external resources and facilitate accounting, reporting, assignment and delivery when needed

• Evaluate rates, timelines and additional costs presented by external agents if necessary

• Track and report status of campaign production deliverables to all applicable global teams

• Establish strong relationships with internal/external teams while managing multiple work-streams with competing priorities

• Set expectations with internal and external teams and handle prioritization for all work

• Facilitate project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.) to communicate action steps that ensure all stakeholders are aligned

• Deep dive into project requirements that may at times be ambiguous.

• Continually work to optimize process and workflow.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in advertising/content creation or creative production, with a strong brand planning and account management experience, demonstrating the depth and complexity of the projects managed. Experience in setting up new team and capabilities.

  • Expert understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage program risk and allocates scarce resources effectively.

  • A growth and problem-solving mindset. Experience in creating and deploying processes and methodologies. Developing tools for improving creativity and efficiency

  • Ability to manage and report on multiple projects within tight timelines with proven leadership skill and

  • strong analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently yet collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume, start-up environment. Proven ability to think clearly in a deadline-driven environment. They should be good to analyze and report on a variety of data, solve complex problems, and scope creative

  • engagements for successful delivery.

  • Experience in managing creative team. Experience in managing 360 campaign, photo/video shoots and

  • post production with onsite

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills oral and written, as well as

  • good interpersonal skills are required.

  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking

  • Developed, grown or built a capability for an organization especially in social/digital, collaboration with

  • external agencies and talent

  • Strong presentation skills and written presentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Senior Client Servicing/Account management within Advertising / Marketing agencies/companies is

  • preferred

  • Expert understanding of brand planning and campaign development, project management methodology,

  • including the ability to identify and resolve issues, managing program risk and allocates scarce resources

  • effectively.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines with proven leadership skill and strong analytical

  • skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently yet collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume, start-up

  • environment (Digital and Interactive experience is a huge plus)

  • They must have a track record of success in developing and executing result-oriented campaigns across

  • 360 marketing elements including TV, Print, OOH & especially digital advertising mediums.

  • They should drive development and execution of creative projects with cross-functional teams by

  • maintaining a detailed project plan.

  • They are result-oriented with solid experience in creative project planning, managing budgets, developing

  • and managing resources, working closely with both internal team and third-party agencies.
