Our Team

Oracle Financial Services, Accounting and Finance team overseas comprehensive set of products for financial institutions

We are looking for a seasoned expert who is very familiar with major sustainability and Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting frameworks and standards across the globe like GHG Protocol, TCFD, CSRD, ISSB etc. The outward-facing portion will involve working directly with customers, and stakeholders to represent and promote Oracle and our solutions, which will require strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

This posting is for a Product Manager position, where the Product Manager acts as the central resource and driving force for the requirements, definition, test and marketing of product(s) or features as they move from conception to launch.

The successful candidate will have a passion for solving difficult problems in a collaborative and agile work environment, be a creative and innovative thinker, have a strong sense of empathy for customers and a eagerness to support our stakeholder community achieve success in the market.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the wider product management team to define comprehensive strategies.

  • Be a product evangelist with customers and stakeholders – obtaining buy-in on product vision and strategy.

  • Maintain deep relationships with key customers to understand their business bottlenecks and how we can deliver meaningful value through our solutions.

  • Develop collateral such as product requirements and success criteria, data sheets, best practices and presentations through continuous engagement with users, stakeholders, design and engineering.

  • Play a key role in the enablement process by supporting our learning department in their content creation as well as providing direct engagement with our clients and client facing teams.

  • Work closely with Design to ensure our services deliver great experiences to our users.

  • Work with Product Marketing to clearly communicate the value of our services.

  • Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that might otherwise derail projects.

The applicant should demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of major sustainability and Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting frameworks and standards across the globe like GHG Protocol, TCFD, CSRD, ISSB etc. (Required)

  • Knowledge and experience of implementing such reporting frameworks and standards in a financial services industry. (Preferred)

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). (Required)

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and varied stakeholders. (Required)

  • Experience of working in a financial services industry. (Required)

  • Prior experience in Product Management. (PM candidates without the ESG experience will not be considered)

  • Knowledge of SaaS offerings and related technological aspects. (Preferred)

  • Knowledge and experience of SQL Developer and Java. (Preferred)

  • Prior experience in working on data visualization tools like Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Tableau etc. (Preferred)
