Then read on! International and Emerging Stores (IES) is looking for a Sr. HRBP to support Prime/Customer Fulfilment Experience and Marketing leaders
In this role, you will directly support multiple L8 leaders to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. This includes being a trusted advisor to org leaders, partnering on talent management, organizational design and effectiveness, workforce planning, employee development and engagement, among other HR efforts.
You will also have an opportunity to lead and participate in cross-org Business and Tech programs and initiatives within IES. You will need to use effective communication and high judgement and planning to navigate and deliver in a fast paced and ambiguous setting.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with senior management to drive organizational and people focused initiatives in order to achieve strategic business goals.
Provide impactful coaching to business leaders and senior managers, fostering a culture of continuous development and growth.
Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve organizational health metrics - performance, retention, and employee experience
Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention
Lead and optimize aspects of the talent management process in the organization - talent processes, promotions, succession planning etc
-Exercise sharp prioritization skills, identifying and managing tradeoffs to focus efforts on high-impact activities.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with 6+ years in HR business partnering.
Demonstrates business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical acuity.
Proficient in partnering effectively with senior leaders through skillful navigation of ambiguous situations using strategic planning and effective project management.
Experience working with global and distributed teams.
Communication, coaching and influencing skills across diverse counterparts across levels.
Is able to work independently, as well as on teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
HR experience supporting Business/Tech teams or in a Business/Tech company.
