Required Skills

• Must have working experience of Network OSS Solution Architecture in one or more of Network OSS domains like Infrastructure Plan & Build, Inventory Management, Business Process & Workflow Management, Network & Service Activation/Provisioning, Service & Resource Orchestration/Fulfilment.

• Must have experience of Fixed networks (IP, Access, Transmission), network technologies and SDN & NFV based network technologies.

• Good to have knowledge of Mobile networks (4G, 5G – RAN, Transmission, Core) & network technologies.

• Knowledge of fixed network products & services like broadband, ethernet, optical, IP VPN etc.

• Good to have product owner experience in any one of the above-mentioned network OSS sub-domains.

• Will define OSS product feature, capabilities & wider integration architecture.

• Will define and lead on solution architecture (and solution design where applicable) for above mentioned network OSS sub-domains following TMF ODA architecture principles.

• Will work with enterprise architects, other BSS & OSS solution architects, solution designer, product manager, technical architect, software engineers, network users, and CFU stakeholders.

• Should have good experience of software engineering and latest technologies used to realise networks OSS solutions & products, including micro-services architecture & cloud technology.

• Will drive how OSS and BSS interwork to support digital transformation and transformation in the customer user experience.

• Will use & adopt Telecom Standards such as TM Forum eTOM, SID, ODA, NaaS, Open APIs; ETSI MANO, LSO and standards such as Netconf & IETF YANG in Network and OSS.

• Good to have knowledge of AI/ML technologies and its use in OSS solutions and systems (Network & Service Orchestration & Assurance).

• Good to have knowledge of Closed Loop and Autonomous Networks architecture, solutions, use-cases, and assets from wider telecom industry standard organizations like TM Forum, ETSI, ONAP, MEF etc.

• Please note this role is of network OSS solution architect which requires good knowledge & experience of networks, network technologies, network products & services and network OSS domains mentioned above, which is different from BSS solution architecture.
