Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Data Scientist & Machine Learning Engineer. This position is a unique blend of data science and ML engineering, focusing on developing cutting-edge machine learning models, deploying them into production, and extracting valuable insights from vast datasets.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop service to significantly improve developer productivity across Development and Support organizations using AI/ML/Gen AI.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Gen AI machine learning models and algorithms that address specific business challenges.

• Productionize Gen AI machine learning models and algorithms in Kubernetes Microservice architecture.

• Perform exploratory data analysis to discover trends, patterns, and insights that inform model development.

• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for improved accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

• Deploy machine learning models into production systems and monitor their performance in real-world applications.

• Stay current with advancements in machine learning, data engineering, and related Gen AI technologies to continuously improve our capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in applying machine learning techniques to real-world problems, including model development, validation, and deployment.

• 2+ years of experience working with Gen AI Large Language Models.

• 5+ years development of applications/tools using Python.

• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and experience deploying machine learning models in cloud environments.

• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases for data manipulation and querying.

• Ability to write efficient code and design software architecture.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
