Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join S4 HANA Technology, Governance and Integrations team in the Finance domain. In this role, you will design, build, deliver, and maintain Fiori applications in SAP S4 HANA and Chatbots using Generative AI.

The SAP Fiori/Generative Developer will be responsible for the Analysis, Design, Coding and Testing of Fiori Applications in SAP S/4 HANA and the related OData Services. Extensive knowledge of SAP Backend (SAP Netweaver Gateway, S/4) is required.

Responsibilities

• SAP Fiori UI5 Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing SAP Fiori Apps along with a strong programming background in Java/Java Script and worked on at least one SAP Implementation project.

• Experience in developing SAPUI5 solutions using Eclipse and SAP Web IDE. Should be good at Web application development using HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, Layout design with CSS and using dashboard controls with Fiori.

• Experience integrating SAP front end (Fiori/SAP UI5) and back end (Netweaver Gateway, S/4) hosted on HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC).

• Extensive hands-on experience in the creation and consumption of OData services and extending them using SAP Gateway. Have a thorough understanding of Object-Oriented design and development.

• Experience on implementing enhancements and personalization using Fiori designer tools. and creation of OData, REST, SOAP services.

• Proficient in developing custom Fiori Apps and extending/enhancing standard Fiori Apps as per business requirements, keeping the customization to minimum.

• Build complex UI's with SAP UI5, using Filters, SAP UI5 controls, Associations, Navigation, and Batch Call concepts, Fiori Design patterns, SAP UI5 library, expertise in UI theme designer and creating responsive UI design for web.

• Experience in developing serverless applications on Amazon Web Services(AWS) is a bonus.

• Experience in Fiori Launchpad configuration and building role-based groups and catalogs for the Fiori Launchpad.

• In-depth knowledge on Fiori source code analysis, Continuous Integration/Continuous deployment (CI CD) for Fiori related changes.

• Strong understanding of CRUD methods and coding in Gateway and MVC Framework.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS or MS in computer science, related technology field, or equivalent experience.

• At least one full life-cycle SAP Finance implementation experience is preferred.

• Strong proficiency with concepts of Core Data Services, BOPF, OData Services, and SAP Fiori to develop applications end-to-end.

• Domain knowledge in SAP Finance and SAP business process knowledge in Order to Cash, Record to Report and ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal or no customization is desired.

• Extensive knowledge of SAP Back end (SAP Netweaver Gateway, S/4) is required.

• Possess interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of Business and IT.

• Experience with Agile development practices such as Scrum or Kanban

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification in Fiori UI5.
