As a Senior Product Manager, you will ideate creative solutions that help customers decide the best health policy with least friction & raise claims digitally. You will gain insights and use them to define, build and grow on these solutions for Amazon users. You have the primary responsibility for all product deliverables and act as the single point of contact for all partner communication for Amazon Pay Health Insurance.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

• Own product requirements definition, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, & drive development, testing, and launch efforts.

• Collaborate with Insurers to integrate their wealth selection on Amazon.

• Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.

• Define key metrics for Product success, track and deliver metrics reporting to internal and external teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years in product management is required

• Bachelor's degree is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with creating new products and launching products and scaling them significantly.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally

• Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope technical requirements

• Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience with end to end product delivery

• Experience as a product manager or owner

• Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
