About the Role

We seek a Senior Systems Engineer focused on operational excellence and the maintenance of our technological infrastructure.

This foundational role involves managing alerts, updates, and infrastructure discrepancies, with a particular emphasis on Terraform and Terragrunt technologies. Collaboration is key; you will work alongside various team members, sharing responsibilities and insights to ensure a cohesive approach to problem-solving. This position offers a pathway towards automation and broader project involvement, utilizing AWS, EKS, and GitHub Actions among other technologies.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the enhancement of our CI/CD pipelines, prioritizing automation to improve both efficiency and system reliability.

• Efficiently manage cloud resources, applying your expertise to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for infrastructure management, adhering to industry best practices.

• Contribute to agile teams, driving continuous improvements and superior customer outcomes through collaborative development efforts.

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of software systems across the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps, particularly with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Terragrunt, in complex, multi-product environments.

• Strong background in scripting and object-oriented programming languages within an agile development context.

• Expertise in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with a strong focus on automation, infrastructure deployment, and monitoring.

• A commitment to ongoing learning, with an openness to adopting new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational and development processes.
