We are looking for a Senior Client Solutions Manager with a background in B2B digital marketing to join the Linkedin Marketing solutions team within Enterprise Vertical in Bangalore.

The role of a Senior Client Solutions Manager in our Enterprise Marketing Solutions team is to build and manage relationships with our clients, by discovering and executing against client objectives and serving as a trusted advisor and consultant. 

Client Solutions Managers collaborate with their Account Executive partner/s as well as cross-functional teams to drive growth in their clients. This involves analyzing and actioning on data, identifying trends and solving problems, providing ongoing marketing strategy consultation, as well as identifying areas where we can provide more value to our clients to build a case for upsell and incremental revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and communicate unique value of LinkedIn’s Marketing solutions to customers: demonstrate expertise of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions through an advanced understanding of products and solutions; articulate the tangible impact of solutions to different customer objectives; proactively communicate new products, ideas, solutions, best practices and audience/industry insights to our customers to secure incremental investment, grow investment and evolve the overall partnership

  • Ask powerful questions to build relationships with key clients and develop a deep understanding of their short- and long-term business and objectives and how they translate to marketing objectives; develop deep knowledge of clients’ planning and budgeting process; deliver best-in-class end to end customer experience and engagement based on deep understanding of customers’ challenges; use insights autonomously to drive adoption of always-on, full-funnel, multi-format strategies.

  • Provide in-depth campaign optimization recommendations by leveraging platform knowledge, media, analytics, and industry expertise, and previous experience to ensure campaigns meet and exceed the client's business objectives.

  • Support best-in-class planning and execution of client activity: proactively analyze and optimize customers’ advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic recommendations and trainings to ensure customers’ objectives are met; advise on creative and content development, leveraging deep marketing expertise to maximize performance.

  • Prove and communicate value of customer investments: effectively articulate customer measurement needs and challenges; enable customers to articulate and quantify the value of their challenges; identify and solve for misalignment on how customers measure value

Basic Qualifications

  • Graduate with 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising domain.

  • Expertise in analyzing data & Reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in advertising sales, media buying and planning or relevant consulting work

  • Experience of auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (i.e. Social, Google Adwords, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desks) ·

  • Experience in media account management and/or digital campaign success 

  • Understanding of the B2B Tech industry landscape.

  • Ability to analyse data into insights and provide strategic recommendations

  • Ability to plan and prioritize your time effectively  

  • Experience of using insights to drive commercial success  

  • Understanding of solution-based selling  

  • Ability to drive results and collaborate with major customers, creating relationships across many levels of a client.
