Oracle Senior Business Analyst Ops in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

This is a critical role and requires accurate understanding of CAM and iProjects deals (iPD). Having a dedicated resource who has extensively worked on the Oracle structure and knows in and out of CAM and iPD is very much required. Will also be working on Oracle Sales Cloud, Sales Planning Application, trainings, etc. The ideal candidate we are looking for is an ambitious sales operations professional with prior experience in Sales Operations.

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Lead Analyst to help us grow and evolve our sales operations function at Financial Services Global Business Unit (FSGBU). The ideal candidate we are looking for is an ambitious sales operations professional with prior experience in Sales Operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Has sound knowledge on Oracle Sales systems and understands the business process and data flows in Oracle Public Cloud, Opportunity/Forecast Management, iProjects Deals, Q, Project Accounting, Sales Compensation, Reporting and others.

  2. Supports Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Sales VPs and Sales Operations staff across the entire Lead to Provisioning cycle.

  3. Identifies data quality and system issues and presents Management reports.

Required Education and Experience:

  1. 7+ years of systems and data analyst work with sales, consulting and/or finance systems in a sales operations or systems analyst role

  2. Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, iProjects Deals, Q, PFM, Contracts, Sales Planning Application, OPN, etc.

  3. Understands relationship between Territories, Accounts, Sales Roles, Product eligibility, Functional Product Hierarchy, Opportunities, and others

  4. Experience managing critical projects with aggressive deadlines

  5. Experience managing critical projects for senior executives under tight deadlines

  6. Advanced Excel modeling skills (nothing is impossible for you in Excel)

  7. Strong communication and presentation skills – Able to distill complex system and data analysis into easy to action recommendations.

  8. Bachelor’s degree

  4. Enjoy working in a dynamic, open, fast-paced environment.

  5. Able to work quickly and error-free in a high-pressure setting.
