Overview:

This role is responsible for day to day support for Quality function.

Job Tittle:

Senior Associate Manager - Quality

Job Responsibilities:

  • Should have Knowledge on Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) requirement and creating/updating the document.

  • The personal should have good documentation knowledge on the Authorized Release Certificate

  • The MOE lead will be responsible for assuring the adequacy and application of the procedures to ensure Maintenance Organization Approval

  • Perform major /minor fixes such as rework, repairing and filling gaps with respect to QMS.

  • The personal should have minimum knowledge on the Acceptance/Inspection of Aircraft components and Material.

  • The personal should have knowledge on Airworthiness Directives & Aircraft Maintenance Programme Compliance, Technical Records, Release to Service and Maintenance Documentation, Reporting of Unairworthy Conditions.

  • The personal should have minimum knowledge on the Critical Maintenance Tasks and Error-Capturing and Customer Quality Notification (Customer Returns).

  • The Personal should have knowledge on the NDT and certified for Level 2 requirement and NDT Level 3 qualified personal is advantage.

  • Technical log management/audit and reporting daily/weekly basis.

  • Prevent escapes and reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) by identifying non-conformance drivers and implementing mistake-proof solutions

  • Work closely with the Process Engineering group, ensuring the repair station’s quality signature through process review activities and process plan improvement

  • Ensure compliance to requirements of the FAA and other regulators for which the repair station is certificated, as well as adherence to applicable laws and company policies

  • Provide quality engineering support such as: tech data interpretation, process plan approvals, management of calibrated tooling, management of scrap material, etc.

  • Participate in and guide investigations related to product safety

  • Develop and deliver technical training to the inspectors and operations teams

  • Perform regular internal audits to ensure compliance to the Quality Management System and support external customer or regulator audits as required

  • Knowledge on AS9100, AS9102, AS9110, Document preparation, Internal Audit Management , Coordinating with EASA regulatory authorities .

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Aerospace Engineering and minimum 6 years prior relevant experience.

  • Strongly Preferred Aerospace industry experience with EASA regulatory back ground .

  • Previous work experience in a Part 145 repair station environment

  • Knowledge on FAA Regulations & EASA.

  • Understand and Evaluating Repair Station Manuals (RSM) and Quality Control Manuals (QCM)

  • A strong background in RRCA and Continuous Improvement

  • Experience with PFMEA activities

  • Ability to navigate Solumina and SAP

  • Effective communication, forward thinking, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills; ability to work in a dynamic environment; self-directed with a strong ability to drive and deliver results
