Job Description

Candidate is expected to analyse, design, develop, and debug software programs for Cloud based applications in a SaaS (Software as a Service domain). Ability to provide Production Support to Cloud based Applications on a 24*7 basis, write code, design and complete programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

Experience of working in a Cloud based applications and systems is required. Strong working and on hands expertise working in DevOps methodology of developing code, testing, migrating to Production and supporting is needed for the job.

Technical Skills - Oracle Database, RAC, Cloud Infrastructure, programming in Python, Linux Shell scripting, Sql/Plsql, APIs, Performance Tuning, Web Services, Java, .Knowledge in DevOps and cloud applications migration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Prometheus, Git, Ansible and Grafana are preferable.

Responsibilities

As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design, and implement changes including migration and testing to existing software applications. Build and implement unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by the Software Engineering team. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Should be fully competent in own area of expertise.
