What you’ll achieve

The IT Transformation Consulting Team at DELL Technologies is uniquely positioned to help customers in their Transformation Journey to make them relevant for the next decade. This niche team of consultants work across the globe work with the Dell EMC global fortune 500 customers in

• Defining their Transformation road map

• As part of Dell Multi Cloud & Operating team, we help customers realize their potential and embark Cloud journey by providing roadmaps, financial analysis and execute the strategy through patented approach

You will:

• Achieve business outcomes by leading cross functional technical project teams. Advise, design, and implement Cloud visions, strategies, road maps and architectures r – to create agile, software defined data Center

• Provide broad, scalable alternatives designed to move clients constantly forward on their Cloud journey, engage in the creation of work output such as long-term objectives and initiatives

• Build high performing teams who will in turn support customers in their IT Transformation journey

• Drive organization-wide initiatives to promote customer success, innovation, and technical excellence. Oversee project delivery and manage customer escalations, drive business KPIs and operations metrics at organization level.

• Share quarterly forecast, capacity plan, pipeline development, capability building plan with executive leadership, closely work with portfolio team to develop new offerings across multiple disciplines

Essential Requirements

• 14+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, with proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders (up to and including CxO)

• 6+ years of experience in Cloud solutions (IaaS/PaaS/Big Data and Analytics) Strategy and Implementation for mid or large size organizations (this includes private/public Clouds - on Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or VMWare)

• Experience with designing, implementing, or operating IT systems on leading commercial Cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google. Proven ability to successfully lead complex, multi-thread cloud transformation sales cycles - across solution, commercial and risk management dimensions

• Relevant and experience of initiating and running multi-year cloud transformation programs and initiatives for mid to large scale organizations - inclusive of people, process and technology change

• Experience with Converged (ex. VxBlock, UCS) and Hyperconverged infrastructures (Ex. VxRail, Nutanix).

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with Private cloud implementations using VMware (vCloud Director or vRealize Automation), Microsoft (Azure Stack with Hyper-V & SCVMM), or Open Stack software.

• Experience in Datacenter migration using various methods (ex. P2V, V2V) and tools (ex. VMware HCX, Zerto, Platespin, ASR).
