Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and manage the execution of marketing plans for GE HealthCare’s Imaging business in India & South Asia.

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market share growth and revenue generation.

  • Collaborate with the Imaging Operations team to gather data, analyze market trends, and develop actionable insights to form marketing strategies.

  • Work collaboratively with business leaders to build LTS/S2 plans

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive calendarized training plan to enhance the competency of the Imaging team across various modalities.

  • Oversee all product marketing activities for the Imaging South Asia team.

  • Develop segmentation and go-to-market strategies for assigned imaging product lines, working collaboratively with customers and sales teams.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, buying behaviors, and competitive landscape.

  • Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and develop strategies to leverage their expertise for thought leadership and brand awareness initiatives.

  • Partner with the Global Product Marketing team to build and execute regional product launch plans, encompassing value proposition development, segmentation, pricing, channel strategy, and sales enablement.

  • Design and implement programs to improve customer experience and drive installed base retention.

  • Performs industry trend analysis, market share and competitive analysis and win/loss tracking to identify product and commercial strategies for growth.

  • Orchestrates research to assess market and customer environments and to discover unmet needs, buying cycles and personas. Identifies customers’ clinical and economic needs, values and desired benefits.

  • Creates business case for NPI (incl. target pricing) and product positioning in collaboration with Business Leaders

  • Interviews professional societies and advocacy groups to identify and select KOL’s for thought leadership and awareness building. Supports development of KOL’s in collaboration with Regional Product Team.

  • Builds and executes region product launch plan, including value proposition, segmentation / positioning, target pricing, awareness & advocacy strategies, channel strategy and sales enablement (in coordination with Global Product Marketing).

  • Develops programs (clinical education initiatives) that improve the customer success & experience within the installed base

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (with significant experience in medical imaging marketing).

  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in medical imaging marketing or a relevant field.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research methodologies and data analysis tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in the India & South Asia healthcare market is a plus.

  • Knowledge of medical imaging modalities (CT, IGT, MI, MR) and their applications.

  • Strong understanding of marketing best practices and digital marketing channels.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and data visualization techniques.
