Oracle Managing Principal Consultant in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

An entry-level management position responsible for providing quality work products on customer engagements while managing a small team of consultants.

Has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.

Proven experience in managing BI & Data Warehousing projects using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and Business Intelligence solutions.

Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, ETL processes, and BI reporting.

Lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and other Oracle BI tools.

Ensure data integrity, performance, and security within the data warehouse and analytics ecosystem.

Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics, cloud architecture, and data warehousing.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle BI tools.

Hands-on experience in data modeling (Dimensional Modeling, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).

End to end Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data transformation techniques.

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and architecture.

Understanding of Big Data, Data Lakes, and Advanced Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Ensure that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Provides coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Typically manages individual contributors. Demonstrates multiple business process expertise within BI product family
