Job Description

In this position, will be involved in program planning activities such as schedule development and tracking, resource allocation, gathering requirements and ensuring requirements gaps are identified and resolved, risk assessment and mitigation plans. Working knowledge on Non-Volatile storage technologies such as Flash is a big plus. Other responsibilities will include running cross functional meetings with internal stakeholders, managing operational aspects of the program and coordinating with product management.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Technology Management, Business Management, or similar.

• 3-5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a related industry.

• Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development.

• Experience in product development planning and providing leadership.

• Ability to collaborate with IT engineers and report to senior managers.

• Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.

• Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues.

• Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development.

• CSM or PMP certification will be an added bonus
