As a DV & Front-End EDA Development Manager, you will be leading the development of DV and Formal Verification solutions across all designs at TI.
Work with cross-functional teams within EDA and internal customers and stakeholders in IP and SoC design teams to define and develop FE and DEV solutions to improve RTL quality, integration, DV, AMS coverage and cycle time
Benchmarking & continuous improvement to the flow ensuring RTL signoff checks and best cycle time for DV.
Collaborate with EDA vendors for weekly syncs, tool trainings, evaluation, deployment and drive EDA vendors toward common solutions across TI
Lead a high-performance engineering team and nurture talent
Meet schedule commitments and provide strong support to various internal customers
Collaborate with multi-functional leaders to drive TI's success
Make use of Machine Learning in all areas of contribution.
Apply generative AI-driven methodologies where applicable to automate and improve time to market for TI products
Develop advanced methodologies for DV, AMS and Formal Verification solution

Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field of study
8-10 years of relevant experience like hands-on DV, AMS and RTL Formal Verification combined with a passion for automation
Preferred qualifications:
Hands-on deep technical industry experience with Verilog, testbench, UVM a must and strong understanding of digital electronic design and design verification processes
Some experience with managing a technical team
Versatility in verification methodology like UVM as well as knowledge of industry standard tools for DV, testbenches, VIPs, etc. expected
Knowledge of formal verification as applied to hardware design verification
Good understanding of Formal concepts (Lint, CDC/RDC etc.)
Good understanding of digital DV and various aspects of RTL, PA-RTL, GLS, PA-GLS simulations
Be aware of the latest developments in the industry on Design Verification topics
Learn new topics such as machine learning and artificial intelligence and apply in applicable areas of work
Must possess Strong interpersonal and communication skills and needs to be a team player
Knowledge in EDA industry tools and standard software development practices
Knowledge of Verilog, C, C++, Perl, Python, TCL; IP-XACT knowledge a plus
Emulation and/or simulation acceleration experience is another plus
Strong mentoring and coaching skills
Proven experience managing and leading engineering teams
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze current behavior, identify potential areas for improvement and design of experiments
Ability to take the initiative and drive to results; Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
Skills to manage time and multi-task at work
