About the role:

As a BMS Commissioning Engineer you would be responsible for commissioning of HVAV Equipment and technical troubleshooting of various BMS Systems remotely by interacting closely with Technicians at onsite over the calls and will be working on overlapping US Shifts. (Login hours-3.00pm/6.30pm/9.30pm

rotational shifts).

Role Responsibilities:

Provide startup, commission, and re-commission of customer HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration systems.

Support and provide Commissioning and troubleshooting of BMS equipment’s via calls, e-mails, tickets etc.

Understanding the operation of field level equipment’s such as AHU, RTU, Chiller, sensors, and Coordination with Field operations team

Understanding and reviewing, technical documents such as wiring diagrams, as-builts, exc.

Good in Documentation including posting of work orders, logging of incoming calls, commissioning documentation, and other required updates.

Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone.

Display Time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Hands on experience on troubleshooting of BMS controller or 3rd party system communication issues

Having fair knowledge on HVAC systems and its operations

Having good understanding on BMS programming and control logics ,3rd party system integration such as Energy meters, VFD etc.

Familiarity with protocols like BACnet, modbus etc.

Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to organize and plan your work schedule.

Always maintain a professional presentation in appearance.

Minimum Requirements:

Min 4 to 6 years’ experience with relevant 2+years in the field of BMS or control system commissioning, functional testing and troubleshooting activities.

Solid understanding of BMS and HVAC systems

Proficient in the use of E-Mail, Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-Point, and other directly related software.

Working hours’ flexibility to meet customer requirements.

Should possess a good behavioural attitude.

B.E in related discipline preferably Electronics/Instrumentation & control /Mechatronics etc.

Shifts: Overlapping US Shifts: Login hours-3.00pm /6.30pm/9.30pm rotational shifts.
