Job Description

This requisition is for Install Base Analyst position (IC0 Level). It is important to replace the position to enable timely and accurate support renewals as Install base is a repository of customer products of software and hardware business.

Candidate should have 0-2 years of relevant experience in Quote to order process.

As an Analyst, candidate will be responsible for the following activities in Install Base Operations:

• Handling business critical process such as Transfer of ownership

• Assignments

• Terminations

• Migrations

• Serial Number Corrections

• Non-revenue order bookings

• Acquisition data related corrections/updates
