POSITION PURPOSE Within the context of Central Willamette\'s Statement on Sales Culture; provide ethical professional, friendly, quality service to our members. Provide guidance and counseling to members regarding business services. Underwrite business loans, making sound decisions for both the Credit Union and members. This position is a hybrid position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES \' Interviews applicants to determine loan requirements and gathers pertinent information for loan applications. \' Analyzes/Evaluates financial status, credit and assets to determine loan qualifications potential borrowers. \' Negotiate credit terms, prepare credit analysis and repayment plan for approvals. \' Foster the development, maintenance, and expansion of our commercial loan portfolio through strategic initiatives and proactive relationship management. \' Drive awareness and utilization of business service programs by actively engaging with borrowers to understand their needs and advocate for the value of our offerings. \' Provide regular on going feedback to the Director of Business Services regarding the activities, status, and needs of the department. \' Provide recommendations to the Director of Business Services regarding programs, policies, guidelines, or procedural changes as necessary. \' Prepare Business Loan Documents and files, as needed. Review rates, terms, and amounts to ensure they are consistent with Credit Union policy and that all documentation is completed with technical accuracy. \' Ensure timely and thorough monitoring of business loans through periodic reviews, continual analysis, and proper documentation. \' Responsible for monitoring and working with commercial borrowers during early delinquency phases. \' Review applications and other incoming documentation for completeness and required signatures. \' Obtain and coordinate loan closing information and schedule loan closing. Prepare loan-closing documents, as needed. \' Will apply knowledge of legal entities that businesses can operate under to determine loan eligibility. \' Will apply knowledge of legally required loan documentation requirements to determine loan eligibility and application completeness for funding. \' Prepare correspondence, reports, and maintain spreadsheets as directed and necessary. \' Knowledge of the legal documentation and information required to make loan determination. \' Maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all Credit Union products and services \' Cooperate and work with co workers fostering a team-oriented environment. \' Performs all responsibilities in accordance with CW Values, compliance, regulatory and Information Protection requirements. \' Attend training and comply with CWCU policies and procedures as well as applicable State and Federal regulations. \' Participate in community and professional organizations and events. \' Consistently strives to meet and exceed service level expectations. \' Performs additional duties as assigned.
