Note: The hourly rate for this position is $28 - $34 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

  • Hours: Monday through Friday day shift Weekend work potentially available

  • Using hand or electric tools to fabricate, cut, and install framework

  • Build metal, wood framing, and roof truss components

  • Maintain, construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard

  • Perform residential and commercial projects

  • Complete Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, finishing interior and exterior trim, and other wooden fixtures

  • Being confident in framing, measuring, trim work, and finishing work

  • Review blueprints, schematics, and drawings

  • Follow safety practices at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Right To Work Documents for Employment in the US

  • 5+ plus years of Finish/Rough commercial/residential carpentry experience

  • Strong scheduling and blueprint reading skills as well as knowledge of metal stud/wood framing, material management, metal doors, hardware install, drywall, trim, cabinets/counter tops, suspended grid, tile install, etc

  • Reliable transportation to and from jobsites

  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly

  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds in order to load and unload wood and other materials as well as carry needed tools and materials to and from the jobsite

  • Position may require additional screenings
