Choice Therapy, PA has a couple full-time Occupational Therapist positions available working with adults and pediatrics. We are currently hiring for our Bagley Outpatient clinic and Bemidji area Long-Term Care setting. Choice Therapy has locations in Bemidji, Bagley/Gonvick, Blackduck/Kelliher, Hibbing and Virginia, MN. As a Choice Therapy Occupational Therapist, job responsibilities include: Address client s aspects of performance to support engagement in occupations that affect health, well-being and life quality Select and adapt the appropriate per case occupational therapy treatment model, method and approach to direct the process of interventions Apply interventions to maximize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) Teach clients new ways of approaching tasks and educate them on how to break down activities into achievable components Assess clients home and other environments and advice on alterations consistent with their needs and capabilities Recommend adaptive equipment and training in its use Guide and educate family members and caregivers Observe, note, and report on progress of long- and short-term treatment goals Collect data and document processes followed Must foll w all HIPAA guidelines New graduates are encouraged to apply. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $31-$50 per hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
