What will you do?

  • Collaborates with Strategic Marketing, Activation Marketing, Creative Leads and Digital Marketing for major tradeshows and events messaging, collateral, and marketing efforts to ensure best in class event presence

  • Accountable for Kerrys presence at key industry shows to ensure accurate alignment to the organizations strategic goals and objectives

  • Develop and implement the overarching messaging and execution plan for all trade shows by working along-side sales and marketing teams to align with their strategic growth initiatives.

  • Ensure that event messaging is brought to life with food and beverage concepts through communication and planning with the R&D teams

  • Responsible for project management related to all events to ensure the required resources are available

  • Manage all event logistics including booking trade show booths and booth supplies, creation of registration badges, managing housing, packing and sending exhibition material to and from the event

  • Create and execute training for event staff along with planning and managing trade show booth staff schedules.

  • Establish protocol for lead management at each show and embed that protocol with trade show attendees to ensure best-in-class lead capture.

  • Accountable for event sponsorship and trade show schedules including working with marketing, sales, R&D and other internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met

  • Travel to and manage onsite execution of events including trade show set-up and take down

  • Post-show analysis that includes overall show success including objectives met, show impact, leads generated, and customer engagements during show

What will you need to be successful?

Bachelors in Marketing or similar degree, or equivalent experience

1-2 years of experience in trade show or event management, general marketing or digital marketing

Project management experience, knowledge of Workfront a plus

Knowledge of food industry is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across various business units while juggling multiple deadlines

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Ability to travel up to 20%

Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
