GENERAL SUMMARY: The Associate Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing Human Resources support to the facility, administering a variety of HR programs and procedures throughout the organization. Responsible for supporting the HR function to ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal laws and guidelines. JOB SUMMARY/JOB DUTIES: o Provides front desk coverage to support and follow up on the employee inquires, such as attendance points, job bidding, distribution of paperwork. o Maintain badging system to include processing badges for new, temporary, current employees and contractors as needed; updating the records to termination and delete inactive badges and make any system changes as needed. o Provides support to the manufacturing teams for transfers, terminations, pay changes etc. o Tracks 30/60/90-day reviews for completion and filing. o Assist with temporary employee administration. o Assist with new hire uniform orders, distributions, cancellations, and invoice auditing. o Oversees and maintains the HR bulletin boards as well as electronic communication. o Supports site Rewards and Recognition programs and rollouts. o 1st point on contact for candidates being...
