Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical Assembler
Job Description
Join a leading company in the Compression and Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) Refueling Station industries with over 30 years of experience. You will be part of a team that manufactures components and assemblies for fueling stations, ensuring high-quality products and services for worldwide clients.
Responsibilities
Mechanical Assembly: Assemble parts based on work instructions using hand and power tools. Build fueling station components, sub-assemblies, compressor stations, dispensers, and large fueling stations. Work in teams of 3-5 using blueprints, tape measures, and tools for tube bending and motor alignment.
Electrical Assembly: Wire and solder electrical parts and components for fueling stations and control panels. Perform wire pulling, bend conduit, troubleshoot electrical issues, and assemble products for card swiping at gas station pumps. Work in teams of 2-3 from schematics.
Refuel: Perform a mix of mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.
Essential Skills
Experience with assembly, blueprints, tape measures, micrometers, calipers, and schematics.
At least 1 year of experience reading tape measures and working from blueprints and schematics.
Skills in mechanical assembly, soldering, power tools, wiring diagrams, electrical assembly, hand tools, pipe bending, and conduit work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with tube bending and using a torque wrench.

Work Environment
Work a flexible schedule with the potential for 45-55 hours per week, including normal first shift hours from 6am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with optional work on Fridays. Enjoy a fairly clean manufacturing environment with a larger facility housing 75 shop employees. The dress code includes steel-toed shoes, pants, short sleeve shirts, and eye protection. You are allowed to listen to music while working.
