This is not a remote role, we are a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office.* As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for T-Life Acquisition you will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Business stakeholders to drive engagement growth with the T-Life app. You have a deep understanding of the consumer product mindset, customer communications, product positioning, and the digital & app ecosystem. This position defines product marketing strategy, product positioning, GTM, channel messaging, content strategy, and marketing requirements for customer app onboarding all to drive T-Life downloads, engagement, and retention. We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager who has a knack for partnering with cross-functional teams. The role requires a person who understands Product and App lifecyle with preferred background in channel and/or app marketing. Job Responsibilities: Increase the sales pipeline and prospects by developing product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonate with the buying audience and produce the source messaging blueprint Oversees the creation of product content to be used both internally and externally, including collateral, data sheets, technical briefs, whitepapers, videos and customer-facing presentations. Enable sales, SE's, partners to sell by building effective sales tools and training materials, such as slide decks, competitive positioning, FAQs Deliver webinars and training sessions to technical and non-technical audiences Author original product content that will be used by the marketing team to create external facing material such as whitepapers, videos, blog posts Foster analyst relationships to ensure broad and positive coverage of the business Develop the competitive comparison guide for use in positioning against similar offerings from other organizations Assist in product naming by providing market, competitive and customer context Supports launch planning and orchestrates execution of the commercial release of new products and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Uses business analysis and customer research to drive product strategy, develop marketing requirements, ensure product retention and support business outcomes. Serve as market-facing SME/thought leader for the product and interface with industry analysts as company representative Develop customer references, testimonials and case studies for external and internal use Drive product retention and up-sell/cross-sell strategies Monitor and report on the performance of products in the market and communicate the results of related sales and marketing efforts Conduct win/loss interviews and perform ongoing analysis to determine the level of customer product adoption and provide feedback to the product team Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science Work Experience: 7+ years experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing strategy that can be tied to increased business revenue Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Go-to-market Strategy: Experience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging and related tactics in close cooperation with Product Management and Sales Segmentation:
