Description

As a Sr. Technical Product manager on the EV Charging Infrastructure and Products (EVCIP) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic vision, product roadmap, and customer-centric development of our charging management software and related data products. With a keen focus on ownership of customer experience and hardware interoperability testing, you will drive innovation that delivers exceptional value to our diverse set of operations customers. This is an inherently cross-functional role where you will work closely with engineering teams, adjacent product teams, operations liaison teams, 3P software providers, and customers directly to envision, develop, test, and launch charging management software features.

A successful candidate will help solve customer problems, dive into technical requirements to ensure we build the right features and functions the first time, and get hands-on with hardware interoperability testing. We are looking for someone customer obsessed and passionate about building exceptional hardware interactive cloud software products. Leveraging data-driven insights and product knowledge, you will solve complex, novel, and high-impact problems for our customers, while maintaining a nimble, "get things done" attitude. Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
