Job Overview The Sr. Manager of Project Management Construction is responsible for driving the annual execution of structured construction programs and projects in support of the Workplace Experience (WE) organization. You will create and maintain staffing plans to support the current and future work demands of the WE Project Management team, while also leading the annual Capital Planning process, refining and updating team processes and tools, and leading major efforts in change management. You will establish trust and form relationships with key internal partner organizations such as Procurement, Accounting, Legal, Finance, etc. You will set operational objectives and work plans and delegate assignments to a team of project managers, while acting as a liaison to senior management and business partners. Additional work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives, along with supporting feasibility of new capabilities and project requirements. * This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and can be in based in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS * Job Responsibilities: Evaluates team member competencies and invests in staff development. Invests in partner management and gain customer trust. Brokers consensus among partners with conflicting needs. Builds relationships across the enterprise. Mentors and contributes to organizations body of knowledge on project management, budget management, and quality programs. Actively seeks out industry and business information. Understands how policies, systems and processes impact job performance and projects. Fosters business knowledge and understanding among project managers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Business, or related field. 7-10 years work experience in the corporate construction industry. 4-7 years experience managing a team of construction managers. Strong expertise in cross-functional project management, change management, and collaboration. Attention to detail and organizational mastery. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proven success in supplier management and team development.
