Together, we won't stop! Job Overview The Sr Business Analysis Manager is a pivotal role, embedded to directly support the media attribution and analytics team. This position is responsible for managing data environments, its data integrations and platform configurations, to enable delivery of big insights, and aiding leaders throughout the business in making critical strategic and operational decisions. The ideal candidate is a meticulous, tech-savvy, strategic problem solver with a natural curiosity to explore, understand, and command our fragmented media data ecosystems. They will think on their feet and thoroughly vet how our foundational data elements are set up, create customer-centric recommendations informed by analysis, good business insight, and partner with the business and tech partners to drive improvements in a matrixed environment through creativity and effective communication. They will lead collaborative efforts with various teams including marketing, IT, and platform teams on complex data integrations, and lead the design and development of dataset structures & interfaces. Comfortable acting as an internal data SME, they know where datasets are that will answer business questions, are adept at using various software and finding solutions. Job Responsibilities: Collaboration across T-Mobile to provide insights, analysis, and recommendations that deliver data-driven, optimized experiences; ensuring internal and external data environments and its datasets are configured for sophisticated analytics of media performance on business outcomes. Serve as a key point of contact in providing data and reporting solutions to drive enterprise results, including reports, and self-service environments. Engage cross-functional partners with different objectives in a professional manner to cultivate long-term partnerships and set appropriate expectations. Apply analytical and modeling capability to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization. Translate business needs into tactical action items and lead delivery across multiple Ops and Dev teams. Construct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis, and manage capabilities, features, and new developments of internal and external systems. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed, including troubleshooting issues, performing impact assessments, and presenting solutions to end users. Be a creative problem solver to develop future-proof solutions to fill capability gaps, and manage privacy compliance and governance ethically and compatibly. Education: Bachelor's degree required: in a quantitative field such as engineering, science, mathematics, information systems. Masters or PhD a plus Qualifications: Minimum 5 years, 10 years preferred, of hands-on analytics or technical role Advanced proficiency of Cloud Platforms, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Azure, Databricks, Scripting languages (SQL, Python), and expertise in Big Data Analytics. Excel, Visualization (Tableau, PowerBI) a plus.
