Accelalpha, Inc. Solutions Manager in Bellevue, Washington
Accelalpha, Inc. in Bellevue, WA is seeking Solutions Manager(s) to plan, initiate, and manage Information Technology (IT) projects. Individuals will apply advanced-level knowledge of information technology theories, principles, and concepts, as well as experience with Oracle Cloud Project Management to perform the following duties:
Delivery
- Serve as the Oracle Cloud Project Management Lead on projects through the full project life cycle: planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, go-live and post-production support.
- Work closely with client teams to understand their needs and offer solutions and design.
- Build up best practices within the Oracle Project Management solutions (e.g. Project Billing, Project Costing, Project Revenue Management, Project Resource Management, Grant Management).
Design and build of reports to support the implementation.
Pre-sales/Sales
Facilitate initial discovery calls -- assess and map customer needs to capabilities of the Oracle Project Management applications.
- Support development of proposals and statements of work.
- Conduct demos of Oracle Cloud Financials to prospective customers.
- Stay current with service offerings -- cross application, cross-geography.
Stay current with Oracle products and offerings -- attend conferences/ webinars.
Solution Architecture
- Work closely with the Delivery Director and Sales Team, design and propose realistic, implementable solutions that incorporate client requirements, software capability and future directions.
- Keep up with current releases, features and practices and share with team.
- Act as senior client-facing advisor on designs and best practices.
Perform hands-on delivery of workshops, configuration, and other project tasks as necessary.
This position does not supervise any personnel or participate in any management decisions, nor does this position plan, direct or coordinate the activities of any personnel.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) as a consultant or lead.
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:
- Oracle Cloud PPM
- Oracle E-business Suite (R12 & R11i)
Oracle Cloud ERP consulting (Financial)
Work from home benefit available. Requires 15% domestic travel.
