Job Title: Repair and Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Repair and Maintenance Technician and undertake a variety of maintenance tasks across various properties. Your responsibilities will include performing repairs and general maintenance on facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment. This encompasses working on electrical systems, carpentry, plumbing, drywall repairs, masonry, painting, and snow removal. You will respond to trouble calls and customer complaints, troubleshoot equipment failures, and execute minor repairs on electrical and plumbing systems. Additionally, you'll handle assembly of pipe sections and fittings, maintenance of plumbing, and perform general equipment checks and roof repairs. Documentation of all service calls through written paperwork or computer-based programs is essential. Adherence to safety procedures and proper handling and disposal of hazardous waste is mandatory.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bellevue, Washington.

Work Environment

This role requires physical activities such as running, walking, talking, hearing, and using both hands to handle or operate objects with precision. The role involves climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, stretching, and more. You must possess normal color vision and the ability to adjust focus. The ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds is required. The work environment can be moderately loud, and personal protective equipment will be provided.
