Walmart Principal, Technical Program Manager in Bellevue, Washington

What you'll do...

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to join our team and lead critical initiatives within our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence onboarding, managing technical debt programs, and overseeing company-wide operational excellence (OE) objectives.

The Enterprise People Technology team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise. People Technology is one of the major segments of Walmart Global Tech's Enterprise Business Services, which is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and the Associate Digital Experience.

What you'll do:

  • Operational Excellence Onboarding: Lead and optimize the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration into the organization. Develop and implement best practices to enhance the onboarding experience and accelerate productivity.

  • Technical Debt Program Management: Oversee and manage technical debt across the organization. Identify areas of technical debt, prioritize them based on impact, and work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute remediation plans.

  • Company-Wide OE Objectives: Lead the program management of company-wide operational excellence objectives. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and align with the organization's strategic goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of programs. Facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve shared objectives.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of programs. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09430:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
