The Finance Analyst role will contribute to the FP&A team supporting T-Mobile Consumer business by producing, modifying and maintaining recurring reports, assisting in the forecast and ad hoc analysis processes, analyzing key performance indicators, monitoring trends, and communicating results to leadership and internal partners via standard reporting, dashboards, written and verbal communication. You will dig into the financials to understand behaviors in the data and improve modeling capabilities as well as provide analytical support to address various financial questions. Willingness to learn and teachable mindset is the key to success in this role. Job Responsibilities: Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end processes (e.g. accruals) Analyze results, identify variances to forecasts. Assist in identifying risks and opportunities Prepare and distribute routine financial reports Ad hoc analysis including account reconciliations, rate/volume and similar analysis, trend analysis, etc Education: Bachelor's Degree Business/Economics/Finance/ Accounting (Required) Work Experience: 1-4 years Experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting. Experience with SAP/BPC, Hyperion, or Equivalent. Experience building complex models. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. o At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
