Job Title: Production Worker - 3rd Shift

Job Description

Seeking a diligent Production Worker to join our team for the 3rd shift. The primary responsibilities include inspecting automotive component parts for defects as they are dispensed from the injection molding machine, ensuring a rate of 50 parts per hour. Each part weighs under 5lbs. Additional duties involve working collaboratively with 1-4 other operators on the line, trimming components if necessary, packing parts according to specifications, assisting with material changes, and completing necessary paperwork for defective parts.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Ohio.

Work Environment

The position is located in a non-climate controlled environment which is clean and well-lit. The shift runs from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, Monday through Friday, with a 75 cent shift differential for the 3rd shift. Currently, work extends to 6-7 days a week, but there is an expectation to decrease to 6 days as machine repairs are completed.
