We are recruiting for an experiencedProfessional Education Managerbased in Shanghai, China. This role is responsible for supporting the commercial strategy and vision of Molnlycke and the Wound care BA using their clinical expertise and knowledge. This role is also responsible for facilitating the clinical sales strategy in focused accounts and supports the business by driving evidence development, KOL identification, development and engagement, professional education and clinical activation. This role also focuses on creating, developing and maintaining strong clinical relationships within key accounts to influence change and improve clinical outcome whilst maintaining the commercial objectives and focus.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Medical & Clinical Knowledge

    Has and maintains extensive knowledge in etiologies resulting in wounds, and in-depth experience of solutions to treat and prevent wounds. Provides professional medical and clinical education, and skills training to internal and external stakeholders. Includes live, virtual and written presentations/training.

  • Evidence

    Strategically develops, implements, interprets and communicates clinical and health economic evidence that enables commercial success. Ensures internal processes and all activities supporting evidence dissemination activities are compliant. Able to bring a clinical perspective to identify and communicate gaps, findings and opportunities from the commercial perspective. Able to communicate, disseminate and train, internally and externally, on key elements of all evidence generated on company products & solutions, as well as on key competitor products and clinical aspects of related therapy areas.

  • KOL management

    Strategically identifies, develops and leverages KOLs that enable commercial success. Measures success and maintains ongoing relationships. Complies with all necessary engagement processes and ensures compliance with regulatory and legal dictates.

  • Clinical Insights

    Act as a strategic partner to drive transformational innovation and business evolution by communicating clinical insight, enabling greater visibility on customer solutions, and aiding technology assessment. Ability to proficiently gather and record data based on relevant clinical information. Ability to translate medical and clinical information into actionable insights. Capability to assess clinical situations, consider multiple perspectives, make informed decisions and communicate findings.

  • Commercial Excellence

Understand the commercial and educational drivers required for success in the market and actively create and demonstrate value for clinicians, healthcare organisations and our internal organisation. Has a deep understanding of customer decision-making, buying processes, and identification of decision-makers and influencers.

  • Strategy & Planning

    Utilize business acumen to analyze situations, anticipate developments, take appropriate actions to achieve BA goals, monitor progress and adjust when necessary. Strategic thinking is where we align the department's goals with the overarching business strategy of the organisation. Adapt plans as needed in response to shifting market dynamics. Ability to monitor and measure ongoing business performance on a month-to-month basis and achievement of milestones through scorecards or tracking tools, and make adjustments collaboratively.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree with at least five years of clinical, medical or marketing experience in wound care or surgical specialties.

  • Fluent oral English, writing and comprehension are necessary.

  • Strong industry and clinical network preferred.

  • Experience in presenting in group settings.

  • Experience as a Clinical resource.

  • In-depth knowledge of the country’s healthcare landscape, including reimbursement systems.

  • Experience with Microsoft office, word, PowerPoint

  • Experience in real-world evidence generation essential (Case studies, surveys, QIP programs)

  • Experience in medical writing would be greatly beneficial.

  • Ability to communicate with clarity internally & externally and to all levels of stakeholders.
