The role.

• Perform tax governance role regarding designated Innomotics enterprise’s tax risk control and optimize tax control/handling process.

• Determine significant tax return filing positions and signoff tax filings of designated Innomotics enterprise.

• Prepare TP documentation and conduct corresponding interviews with designated Innomotics enterprise.

• Provide tax consultation to business daily operation/business model/process optimization/tax incentive application, etc.

• Cooperate with various Innomotics departments/functions for tax planning and problem solving, including tax audit, business operation establishment, etc.

• Lobby for preferential tax treatment/tax positions clarifications/TP/tax audit defense.

• Provide tax trainings related to tax positions, treatment, and management.

Your profile.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in accounting, finance, tax, legal or equivalent.

• 3-5 years experiences either in big 4 or MNCs, dedicated in Chinese tax compliance and tax advisory.

• CPA/CTA or other accounting / tax qualification preferred

• Sufficient knowledge and experience in the area of tax compliance, tax consultation and tax accounting.

• Strong sense of responsible, proactive, and dedicated.

• Team player.

• Good communication and coordination ability.

• Sound project management skills.

• Proficient in written/spoken English and Chinese.
