Job Description
Intel PRC marketing team is now recruiting an Event Marketing and digital Specialist, this position will cover two areas: candidate should be a creative and detail-oriented professional responsible for planning, promoting, and executing events that drive Intel PRC business and enhance corporate and product brand; in the meantime, candidate will drive digital and social activation for marketing campaigns. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences aligned with marketing goals. Candidate will be responsible for developing a strategic tech-focused event and digital program, overseeing execution from proposal to delivery and ensuring measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex programs in a tech-oriented industry and execute events and digital that result in tangible business growth. The marketing campaign and social media experience and background are a huge plus. A successful candidate will be responsible for: - Develop event and digital program strategy and execute comprehensive tech-focused events aimed to drive brand awareness and product interest. - Collaborate with sales and executives to ensure event strategies align with business goals and contribute to driving business growth. - Own all logistics, from initial proposals to event execution, including managing external vendors, managing budgets and ensuring seamless event delivery. - Partner with revenue operations to conduct post-event evaluations, KPI and measurements, analyze data and continuously optimize event performance. - Exhibit professionalism and poise in all interactions, representing the brand with confidence and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for both internal stakeholders and external clients at all events and digital programs. - Stay informed on the latest marketing trends, especially within the tech and AI industries, and propose innovative ways to enhance our event and digital strategies.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of event marketing experience, ideally within the tech or AI industry, with a proven track record in managing large-scale events and cohesive marketing strategies that drive engagement, and new business opportunities.
- Experience in developing and managing tech-focused events and digital programs, including AI product showcases, webinars, and conferences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events and programs and deadlines simultaneously.
- Expertise in managing event budgets, vendor negotiations, and ensuring the execution of high-quality, impactful events.
- A self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
- A passion for technology, AI, and innovation, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in an engaging and accessible way.
- Ability to travel approximately 30 percent
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English

Working Model
