Job Description
OBJECTIVE
The role is to drive an Insights Driven Organization, by leveraging AI and big data technology to drive performance and impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Unleash the power of Data, Digital and Technology to achieve China Aspiration & Elevation Plan by building strategic capabilities
Assist team head to define roadmap for China healthcare data and digital services capabilities aligned to business strategy
Assist team head to design and develop of the data strategy and data governance, in collaboration with digital healthcare and customer experience team
Leading to use data science (https://www.techtarget.com/searchenterpriseai/definition/data-scientist) and advanced analytics capacities both combine and extend prescriptive analytics (https://www.techtarget.com/searchcio/definition/Prescriptive-analytics) and predictive analytics (https://www.techtarget.com/searchbusinessanalytics/definition/predictive-analytics) while adding various options for digital projects
Based on AI and GenAI technology, big data analytics, and collected large volumes healthcare data, drive to figure out the potential commercial insights and fill unmet business needs
Leading to execute ‘Go-to-market’ strategy, and looking for potential external opportunity to collaborate with external data partners to provide services for patient unmet needs based on AI/big data technology
Foster the creation of a data-driven culture across the whole company level
Qualifications & Skills:
Level of Education
Health data science background and Master Degree is a must
Working Experience in Relevant Field
12+ years experiences in health data science/Health informatics projects, healthcare data digital innovation strategy , experiences in pharmaceutical industry preferred
Professional Knowledge and Skills
Fluent English
