Description and Requirements
岗位职责
负责规划和建设公司大模型内容安全体系，建立内容安全审核机制，制定审核标准、审核策略和流程，确保所有内容符合法律法规、社会道德和公司政策。
针对业务各场景进行数据分析，持续优化内容审核流程、标准，提高审核效率和准确性，确保不良信息的及时发现和处理。
从内容安全及生态治理视角，评估和监控大模型产品可能产生的安全风险，制定解决方案和应对策略并推动落地，确保内容的合规性和安全性。
根据公司业务场景，搭建内容安全审核的数据指标体系，不断提升内容安全能力。
组建并管理内容安全团队，提供必要的培训和指导，确保团队成员具备高效的工作能力和良好的职业道德。
与产品、技术、法务等部门紧密合作，共同推动内容安全策略的实施和产品功能的改进。
持续关注国内外内容安全相关的法律法规变化，确保公司大模型产品的内容安全管理符合最新要求。
负责定期向高层管理团队报告内容安全状况，提供数据分析和改进建议，支持公司决策。
任职要求
计算机科学、信息技术、网络安全或相关专业本科及以上学历。
至少5年以上互联网内容安全或相关领域工作经验，有大模型产品内容安全管理经验者优先。
熟悉互联网内容安全法律法规，具备良好的风险评估和危机管理能力。对政策未来导向有一定判断，对风险及应对策略和尺度有较准确的把控。
具备丰富的大模型内容安全相关经验。较高的风险敏感度、高效的执行力、优秀的数据分析与逻辑判断能力。
了解AI技术和大模型产品的基本原理，能够与技术团队有效沟通。
具备良好的团队建设和管理能力，能够激励团队成员并提升团队整体效能。
具备出色的沟通和协调能力，能够与不同部门和团队建立良好的工作关系。
能够在高压环境下保持冷静，有效应对各种挑战和突发事件。
具备良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读和理解英文技术文档，与国际团队进行有效沟通。
拥有CISSP、CISM、CISA等安全行业认证证书优先。
