Description and Requirements
岗位职责
负责对大模型产品生成的风控日志、风控事件进行监控和审核，确保所有内容均符合公司的内容安全政策、法律法规以及社会伦理标准。
负责审核大模型产品的账号申诉、内容安全投诉和举报等工单。
及时发现并上报内容审核过程中的风险和问题，包括但不限于模型误判、漏判等，为模型优化提供反馈。
在发现紧急或高风险内容时，能够迅速响应并通知相关人员进行应急处理。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，专业不限，但计算机科学、数据科学、语言学、社会学等相关专业优先。
至少1年以上的内容审核、数据分析或相关领域的工作经验，有AI内容审核或社交媒体内容管理经验者优先。
具备良好的中文和英文阅读能力，能够理解和处理英文语言内容。
了解大模型AI技术及其应用，能够使用相关工具进行数据分析和报告生成。
了解互联网内容管理相关的法律法规，对数据保护和隐私保护有基本的认识。
具备出色的逻辑思维和判断能力，能够准确识别和处理复杂多变的网络信息。
具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同背景的团队成员有效合作。
具有快速学习新技术和新知识的能力，能够适应不断变化的工作环境。
能够在高压环境下保持稳定的工作表现，具备良好的心理素质。
能够适应轮班工作制度，包括夜班和周末工作的可能性。
