Will do maintenance repairs for apartment complex including hvac, minor plumbing, minor carpentry work, etc.
Qualifications:
Hs/ged required.
Must have 1 year in Maintenance Work.
Plumbing and HVAC knowledge is a must.
Valid Class C driver's license required.
Own tools helpful.
Duties:
Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to upkeep apartment complex.
HVAC maintenance.
Do minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs.
