WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Jordan Brand Digital Producer. We seek someone who is a strategic, motivated, detail oriented, organized and positive team member. The Digital Producer brings key members of the creative team and cross-functional partners together to lead the process from the digital/social executional briefs through to authoring and managing seasonal copy. This person will actively plan and collaborate as the main point of contact with cross-functional and agency teams to ensure content meets quality standards, brand and business expectations.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will be a partner to the Brand Creative project squads, cross-functional Ops, and digital/social partners, leading the process for our digital and social executions within our platforms. You ensure the team stays on track within timelines for our internal reviews and delivery for Authoring while setting clear expectations between Marketing cross-functional teams and project partners.

You will lead all communication with internal partners and stakeholders, plus be the main point of contact with our digital production agency.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work in Brand Design and Brand Voice, two functions making up Global Brand Creative alongside Brand Voice, reporting to the Brand Creative Studio Management Director.

In addition, this role will partner closely with our digital production agency and our internal Brand/Digital Marketing partners and Legal and Trademark.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.

  • 3+ years in project management, resourcing, or creative production on an in-house creative team or agency.

  • Ability to quickly jump between projects and disciplines with ease and embrace change with a positive attitude.

  • Understanding of Digital Production versus Technical Production.

  • Proficiency with Excel, Airtable, Keynote, and Figma is a plus.

  • Outstanding teammate and positive attitude.

  • Experience building relationships, interacting with cross-functional teams, and understanding and valuing cultural differences.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse team environment.

  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new priorities.

  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgement calls and shifts in process models as needed.

  • Demonstrated detail orientation and intrinsic passion toward process excellence, content success and high-quality delivery.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, resourcefulness and comfort with ambiguity.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, clarify or resolve discrepancies, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management.
