Requirements:

• Must be able to comply with ITAR requirements.

• Must be highly dependable and comfortable with computers. Communication, teamwork, and high attention to detail are essential skills.

• Read and speak English

• Follow and be compliant with directions and written work instructions.

• Be willing to multitask. (For example: load ovens, run lapping machine, prep for potting, and assist when needed to package and ship material.

• Be comfortable working with Semi-Hazardous Materials

• Weight measuring

• Mixing

• Pouring

• Epoxies and catalysts.

• Using Cleaning Solvents

• Lapping slurry, powders and waste slurry.

• Use PPE as needed and directed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with working with “Wet” Process.

• Lapping and Polishing

• Washing and ultrasonic cleaning

• Hot water de-mounting of parts

• Experience working with Ovens (up to 200C) and Vacuum chambers

• Experience working with spinning equipment “Lapping machine”

• Fiscal Requirements

• Able to manipulate up to 20 lbs. at counter level.

• Move around and short lift 50 lbs. “Bucket” at ground level.
