WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike seeks a Creative Producer who can lead and drive multifaceted projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and at Nike Standards. Creative Producers are responsible for conducting briefs with Brand partners, building workbooks, handling budgets, ensuring work is reviewed, and producing content for every track of work they are assigned. The Creative Producer knows the exact status of their project(s), works cross-functionally to problem-solve opportunities and risks and elevates as needed. They are the key driver of creative workstreams and are responsible for running and delivering creative output on time to Geo partners!

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Leads and drives projects within the creative studio, being the key point of contact for all project collaborators

  • Drives OneMarketing process, to ensure work moves forward, creative review gates are hit and assets are delivered on time and within the allocated budget

  • Master of Project Management 101: project tracking, vendor relationships, and contracts, budget management, POs and raising risks, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with their peers to share best practices

  • Producing content by engaging external partners to produce photo/video shoots within Nike Production standard methodologies

  • Communicates risks, opportunities, and solutions to partners and collaborators

  • Champions positive ways of working and implements strategic solutions to keep the workstreams on track

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

They will also be responsible for partnership, communication, and problem-solving with Creative Studio teammates, cross-functional operations partners, leadership, Geos, and external agencies.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years experience in brand or design operations (One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs)

  • Preferred degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Fashion, Marketing, Design or a related field

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions

  • Photo production skills and experience producing content at the highest standards

  • Will need to be a great teammate and have a successful track record for working with cross-functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business

  • Consistent track record of managing sophisticated creative workstreams and delivering on time & within budget

  • Travel 10% of the time
