As the Project Leader, you will lead the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion. You will work directly with our firm leaders and with our clients at some of the world's largest technology companies on complex, challenging projects that are shaping the future. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to ensure that our clients' ambitious projects are realized to the highest standards. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years related experience. Qualified candidates must have a Master's Degree in Architecture. Must possess strong design, execution, and problem-solving skills with experience on complex projects. Strong leadership skills, with experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects. Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices. Candidates must have proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation. Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) as well as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) Candidates should also have strong digital modeling skills and possess well-developed organization as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
