Are you a dynamic leader passionate about food manufacturing, safety, and operational excellence? We’re looking for a Senior Director, Manufacturing to lead two of our key Asian-inspired food factories lo cated in Beaumont, CA and Fullerton, CA. These sites make our delicious bibigo®, and Annie Chun’s® p roducts. This is an opportunity to lead a multi-facility operation with 900+ team members making over 60% of the network annual volume. You will b e responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency and leading a diverse team toward shared success.
Responsibilities:
Lead the production of safe, high-quality food products that meet all regulatory and customer requirements.
Create and maintain a healthy, hazard-free environment by implementing safety initiatives, conducting training, and driving a safety-first culture.
Develop and execute production plans to optimize efficiency, manage resources effectively, and contribute to company profitability.
Monitor and improve performance in areas such as cost reduction, quality assurance, and product integration.
Assists in the development of and implementation of capital plans related to production improvement or expansion.
Manages and/or provides appropriate support for support functions such as accounting/finance, human resources, information technology.

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of operations leadership experience in a large scale, highly automated environment. Consumer packaged goods or food experience strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Expertise needed in developing world class maintenance and reliability programs
Strong knowledge of continuous improvement techniques (ie TPM, OPEX, Lean) and ability to use data and systems to inform decisions. SAP experience a plus.
FDA/USDA and OSHA experience highly preferred.
Ability to travel between the two locations
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000 annually with eligibility for a 35% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
