Description:

The Multi craft maintenance technician will be responsible for performing preventive, planned, and emergency maintenance in a union manufacturing & production environment. Will repair, troubleshoot, and perform PMs on automated assembly lines, stamping presses, auxiliary equipment, hydraulics/pneumatics, servo motors, PLC drives, relays, 480v, 3 phase motors, and industrial manufacturing equipment.

Job Duties:

• Must be able to troubleshoot equipment in a fast paced production setting

• Ability and willingness to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of a wide variety of machines

• Working knowledge of PLC's and industrial electrical voltages

• Perform quality checks

• LOTO and safety is a must

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of industrial machine repair (Journeyman Card Preferred)

• 5+ years mechanical troubleshooting (hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, assembly lines, paint line, etc.)

• High School Diploma or GED

• 5+ years electrical troubleshooting (480 Volt, Three Phase, AC/DC Motors)

• Working knowledge of PLC Editing and troubleshooting

• Preventative maintenance (changing filters, greasing bearings
