Job Description
- Lead the design team on various roadway design, site design, and municipal infrastructure and utility projects, including proposed grading and ADA compliance
- Geometric design of roadways including alignments, profiles, and cross sections
- Site design of proposed grading, ADA compliant facilities, and other site-specific considerations
- Design of gravity storm drain systems and municipal water and sewer systems
- Preparation of construction bidding documents including construction drawings and specifications
- Preparation of construction cost estimates
- Preparation of municipal and environmental permitting applications
- Shop drawing review
- Conduct client and public meetings as design lead
- Conduct construction site visits for on-site project coordination and quality control
